These terms are an agreement between you and Vetyco (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Vetyco helps you keep your pet’s health record (profiles, calendar entries, photos and documents) and chat with an AI companion about your pet. It is a tool to help you organise information and get general guidance.
Vetyco and its AI companion provide general, informational guidance only. They are not a veterinarian and do not provide diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed vet for medical decisions, and in an emergency contact a vet or emergency clinic immediately. You are responsible for your pet’s care.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. Vetyco is not directed at children under 13.
The free plan includes 10 AI messages per day. Vetyco Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited AI messages. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region and change over time.
Purchases are handled by Google Play, and refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies. We do not separately process payments or refunds.
You keep ownership of the pet data, photos and documents you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process this content in order to provide the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Don’t misuse the app: no illegal use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no uploading content you don’t have the right to share.
You can stop using Vetyco and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
