Delete your account

Vetyco — com.vetyco.app

You can delete your Vetyco account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app (immediate)

1. Open Vetyco and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted straight away.

Or request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email z.podlogar@alopa.studio from the address you used to sign up and ask us to delete your account. We’ll complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile and email, all pets, calendar entries, reminders, photos, documents, and AI chat conversations. Nothing is retained afterwards, except where we are required by law to keep limited records.
